Rachel Laurin led a dual international career as a concert organist and was a very prolific composer. She devoted herself to composition, recitals, master-classes, and lectures.
Rachel performed organ recitals in major cities in Canada, the United States, and Europe, and made more than twelve recordings including two CDs devoted to her own compositions. She was frequently invited as a recitalist, composer, lecturer, and teacher in various Canadian and American universities. Among others, she visited Yale University (New Haven, Connecticut), Baylor University (Waco, Texas), University of Houston (Texas), Syracuse University (New York), Kansas City University (Missouri), St. Thomas University (Minneapolis, Minnesota), Indiana University (Indiana, Pennsylvania), Mount Royal College (Calgary, Alberta), and the University of Alberta (Edmonton).
Her expertise as an organist and composer was recognized by being invited as a jury member for numerous competitions, including the Canadian International Organ Competition 2021 in Montreal, Canada.
